Licence CMSimple is free to use, but only if a link to cmsimple.dk is kept visible in the template for the site. If you want to remove or hide the link to cmsimple.dk from your pages, you must purchase a commercial licence for the site. CMSimple is Free Software, copylefted and licensed under AGPL as stated in the CMSimple Licence. AGPL is incompatible with the GNU GPL version 2, but might become compatible with the GNU GPL version 3. AGPL consists of the GNU GPL version 2, with one additional section 2(d) approved by FSF. This additional section covers the distribution of application programs through web services or computer networks.
